This has to be one of my favorite winter shoots so far!
Snow just makes everything magical.
Neil reached out to me months before the shoot, originally to help him set up a surprise proposal!
We were picking places, times and ways to get her to dress up. The whole 9 yards.
When December hit, Neil had decided to go a different direction after talking with Monali's sister. He ended up proposing to her with close family around before coming out to Aspen. Which I think is amazing because once here, she was able to dress up and we got to play in the snow the whole time! He still surprised her by booking a session with me.
The weather was perfect with a soft snowfall and no wind.
Monali and Neil wore traditional indian clothing, called a lehenga, in the beginning that I thought was gorgeous and I think the green looked amazing against the snow.
After the first location, they changed and we went downtown to capture a few Aspen mountain town shots that turned out amazing!
